Site Reliability Engineer (Part-time)

Keep us fast, stable, and secure. You’ll own reliability across our stack — observability, scaling, alerting, backups, disaster recovery — with a bias for simple, battle-tested solutions.

Design/run monitoring, metrics, alerting, SLOs
Harden infrastructure, secrets, permissions, backups
Automate deploys and incident response
Experience: Cloud Run/GCP, Postgres, Redis, IaC, Linux

Machine Learning Research Engineer

Own experimentation for AI note understanding: embeddings, retrieval, clustering, layout/handwriting extraction, and auto-organization. You design experiments, run them rigorously, document clearly, and ship improvements.

Prototype/evaluate models for embeddings and semantic search
Design A/B and offline evals; build reproducible pipelines
Ship pragmatic improvements end-to-end with engineering
Experience: Python, vector DBs, LLMs, eval frameworks

Growth Marketer

Own growth across channels. You create resonant stories, craft experiments, and scale what works — social, content, partnerships, email, and loops baked into the product.

Plan/execute content and social strategies
Spin up experiments quickly; measure and iterate
Collaborate with product to build shareable moments
Experience: early-stage growth, analytics, copywriting

Head of Community & Brand

Shape our brand voice and community from day one. You’ll lead community, creator programs, events, and storytelling — making The Dump feel like a movement.

Launch/run community programs and ambassador networks
Moderate and grow owned communities
Partner with growth to tell stories that spread
